Origin Blend: African Arabica and Indonesian Robusta specialty-grade coffees.
Roast: Dark
Grind: Whole Bean Coffee.
Aroma and Flavor: notes of rich dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, a complex mix of baker's spice, and a semi-sweet cocoa finish.
My special blend of dark-roasted coffees that are specifically designed for making Italian-style espresso coffee.
If you choose to have your coffee pre-ground it will be ground to an espresso grind level that will work in most home espresso machines.
Trail Facts: The name "Hiker Midnight" is a bit of a parody/pun on my part. The average bedtime for most Thru-Hikers on the Appalachian Trail is 8 pm, aka "Hiker Midnight".
