The Alta Mogiana region of Brazil uses a unique "Natural" processing method of drying the ripe coffee cherries on patios and raised beds which imparts fruitiness and a more flavorful body into the the coffee beans.
Aroma and flavor notes of Cola, Roasted Nuts, Chocolate, with a mild Pie Cherry brightness in a medium-bodied cup with a nice smooth finish.
