Fruit forward aroma and flavor notes of honeysuckle, black cherry, pineapple,
banana, and toasted cocoa nibs.
A mild fruity brightness finishes the cup.
A very nice fruit forward single farm, microlot coffee best enjoyed black and by itself.
We suggest brewing this coffee using a
V60 pour-over or similar coffee brewing method.
For the adventurous this coffee could make a light roasted and delicious fruity Espresso.
