Our main priority at Trail Magic Coffee Roasters is to provide our customers with the freshest specialty whole bean roasted coffee from the roaster to packaging to your cup. Please be aware that from time to time orders may be delayed due to roasting schedules, holidays, and sometimes natural disasters and other unforeseen world events.

During Vendor Events and Farmers Markets we accept
U.S. Currency, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards
with a chip and Tap to Pay.
The following policy is for non-website Vendor and Farmers Market Events
Trail Magic Coffee Roasters uses Square Credit Card readers at all of our Vendor and Farmers Market Events.
All electronic payment methods using Square card readers are processed as credit card transactions and subject to an added percentage plus a monetary fee to cover the cost of processing the transaction. This includes Debit Cards.
Trail Magic Coffee Roasters will add 2.6% + a monetary fee per electronic transaction as of November 2025 at all vendor and farmers market events to cover the extra cost of processing electronic payments.
