Natural means the coffee cherries are dried in the sun on raised beds before processing the coffee beans. This "Natural" process imparts more fruity flavors from the coffee cherry into the coffee bean and in turn, imparts these flavors into the coffee thru the final roasting.

Dark roast coffee flavor with a turbinado sugar-like sweetness
and natural dark fruit juice quality. Notes of dark berries like blackberry
finish the cup.
